Structure of the Network Tiers

The Benchlink network operates across four connection levels, offering different rewards based on the tier your invited experts fall into:

1st Connections (Direct Invites): These are experts/members you personally recruit into the Benchlink network. For EVERY hour your 1st connection experts spend on advisory calls, you earn $100/hour. The key to maximizing earnings is building a strong base of 1st-connections since this is where the highest rewards are available.
2nd Connections (Members Invited by Your 1st Connections): When your 1st connection experts invite others into the network, they become part of your 2nd connection. For EVERY hour these experts participate in advisory calls, you earn $50/hour. While not as high as the 1st-connection earnings, 2nd connection rewards still offer significant passive income as your network grows.
3rd Connections (Members Invited by 2nd Connections): At the 3rd connection, you receive $30/hour for the time your experts spend in calls. These rewards may come from experts you didn’t directly recruit, but whose participation still benefits your network.
4th Connections (Members Invited by 3rd Connections): The final tier includes experts invited by your 3rd connections. For every hour these experts participate in calls, you earn $20/hour. Although this level provides the smallest hourly reward, it can still accumulate over time, especially as your network expands further.

Recruiter Bonus

On top of the regular network rewards, if you recruit experts targeted specifically for a project, you will earn an additional rewards of $300/hr. To receive your recruiter bonus, your invited expert must sign up and complete their first call within 14 days. So, ensure the expert signs up for the project that you recruited for.

Strategies for Growing a Multi-Tier Network

Focus on Direct Invites (1st Connections): Prioritize finding and inviting highly qualified experts into the network. The more experts you recruit directly, the more opportunities you have to earn the highest reward rate of $100/hour.
Empower Your 1st-Connection Experts to Recruit: Encourage your 1st-level connections to invite others, growing your network into the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th levels. This is where the true scalability of the network lies—earning passive income from experts you didn't personally recruit but who were brought in by your network.
Monitor and Nurture Your Network: Keep track of your network’s activity, offering support where needed to ensure they’re completing advisory calls. The more active your network is across all levels, the more passive income you generate.
Long-Term Growth Mindset: Recognize that the network grows exponentially as each level continues to invite more experts. While the majority of income initially comes from your 1st-level connections, over time, as lower levels expand, your passive earnings from the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th levels will grow.
